Power Options control panel applet Hi, I'm trying to load the 3rd tab of the Power Options applet (Hibernate) but without success. According to a few Google searches, I should be using: WinExec(PChar('C:\WINDOWS\system32\control.exe powercfg.cpl,,2), SW_NORMAL); but this only ever opens the 1st tab (Power Schemes). I checked the modern power applet and it had returned to 30 mins. /sigh. So today I used the powercfg.cpl (the old power control panel applet) to set the computer to sleep after 3 hours. I then checked the modern applet and it still says 30 mins, confirmed that the old applet did still say 3 hours (it did).
